What is a PDM?
Replace your fuse box, or work alongside it
A power distribution module (PDM) can replace the fuses and relays in a vehicle with one solid-state unit. Each output is switched electronically, measures its own current, and shuts off safely if something shorts. No blown fuses to hunt for, and no relays to rattle loose.
You don’t have to rip out your existing fuses and relays to use one. A PDM can sit alongside your current wiring, running new auxiliary equipment and a few key circuits, and take on more over time if it makes sense.
Hardwire Oceania is the New Zealand and Australian distributor for Hardwire Electronics, a UK maker of PDMs used in race and rally cars, EV conversions and commercial vehicles. We supply the hardware and help you choose the right unit for your requirements.
